3. Pre-Visit Call

On the day of your appointment, our technician will call you 10-30 minutes before arrival to confirm the visit. If they can’t reach you, unfortunately, the visit will need to be rescheduled.

4. Diagnostic Assessment

Upon arrival, the technician will conduct a thorough diagnostic check of your refrigerator and provide you with a clear quote for the necessary repairs.

5.Approval and Parts Ordering

If you agree to the quote and pay a deposit, our technician will order the required parts. This typically takes between 2 to 5 business days.

6. Scheduling the Repair

Once the parts have arrived, we’ll contact you to schedule a follow-up appointment for the technician to complete the repair.

7. Repair Completion

After the repair is finished, the technician will ensure your refrigerator is fully operational. You’ll then settle the remaining balance.

8. Warranty Protection

Enjoy peace of mind with a 60-day warranty on both the repair and parts installed. Please note that this warranty does not cover unrelated issues that may arise post-repair.

9. Service Fee

If a technician is called out under the assumption that it’s a warranty issue but it turns out to be a new problem, you’ll need to cover the repair costs again. If you choose not to proceed with repairs, a service fee will apply.
